In the return match of the third qualifying round of the Europa League, Luhansk "Zorya" won a minimal victory over the Bulgarian CSKA and made it to the playoffs.

Lugansk approached the duel in a good mood after victories in the championship over Kolos. In this match Victor Skrypnyk gave a lot of performers a rest, so compared to away game against CSKA, which ended in a draw - 1: 1, made only one change. Lunyov's place in the attack was taken by Rusyn, who was on loan from Dynamo, who left a good impression in the match against Kovalivka.

At the beginning of the match with the Bulgarians, Zorya was in trouble - German legionnaire Abu Hanna was injured and left the field on a stretcher, so Skrypnyk had to use the first substitution. The game was not too fast, the first shots on goal were scored by Luhansk players Yurchenko and Kochergin. The denouement came in the 89th minute, when Khomchenovsky arranged for Rusyn to go out on his own. Nazariy's first shot on the line repulsed Albentos, but no one was able to block the second. Unfortunately, the striker ran to take off his T-shirt to celebrate the goal, so he received a second warning from the referee. Due to the withdrawal, Rusyn will miss the first match of the play-off round of the Europa League on August 22, in which Zorya will play in Barcelona against Spanish Espanyol.
