Europa League. Shakhtar and Dynamo got to know their rivals in the 1/8 finals of the tournament

The draw for the 1/8 finals of the Europa League took place in Nyon today, in which two Ukrainian clubs took part - Dynamo and Shakhtar.

The draw was blind, without seeding, baskets and other restrictions. Therefore, Ukrainian teams could play each other at this stage of the competition. But this did not happen.

In the 1/8 finals of the Champions League, Kyiv's Dynamo will face Spain's Villarreal and Donetsk's Shakhtar will face Italy's Roma.

The first matches will take place on March 11, the return matches - on the 18th. The draw for the quarterfinals and semifinals will take place on March 19.
