Tournament structure

У the first preliminary round, whose matches took place on 04.08.2021, eight teams of the second league and two best teams of the amateur league according to the rating of last season took part.

У second preliminary round, whose matches took place on August 17-18.08.2021, XNUMX, clubs of the first and second leagues (39 teams) and five winners of the first preliminary round took part.

У third preliminary round, whose matches took place on 31.08. - 01.09.2021, 22 winners of the second preliminary round took part.

In the fourth round (1/16 of the final), whose matches took place on August 21-23.09.2021, XNUMX, 11 winners of the third preliminary round and 11 UPL clubs took part (except for the participants of the European Cups-2021/2022).

In the 1/8 final Five representatives of Ukraine in the European Cups 11/1 - Dynamo, Shakhtar, Zorya, Kolos and Vorskla - joined the 16 winners of the fourth round (2021/2022 finals).

Matches 1/4 and 1/2 scheduled for March 2 and April 20, 2022, respectively.

Trophy holder will be determined on May 11, 2022.
