On Thursday, July 21, with the support of the UAF Coordination Headquarters, a charity football match was held in Dnipro between the collective management team of the operational command "East" and the stars of "Dnipro".

Such sports events have already become a good tradition to support the fighting spirit and sportsmanship of Ukrainian defenders, who have been defending our country from a full-scale Russian military invasion for five months. In this difficult time, it is precisely because of the game and physical activity on the field that everyone can release their emotions and, at least for a short time, distract themselves from the harsh everyday life of the war.

After the friendly meeting, in which club legend Oleg Taran and well-known former players Oleksandr Hrytsai and Mladen Bartulovich took part, the first vice-president of UAF, the coordinator of the association's humanitarian hub in Dnipro Alan Pliev and the head of the Football Association of Dnipropetrovsk region Viktor Andrukhov presented to the participants the bags with signatures of football legends "Dnipro".

Also, the representatives of the Coordination Headquarters presented Major Yury Harkavy, the Commissioner for Special Important Affairs of the Commander of the Operational Command "East" as a gift, an embroidered UAF shirt and a doll symbolizing the 12th player and testifying to the unstoppable fan spirit that leads to victories.
