The women's student futsal team of Ukraine took fifth place at the 2022 World Cup

The women's student futsal team of Ukraine defeated Germany in Group B (3:2), but conceded to Brazil (0:4). Oleg Shaitanov's wards became the second in the group, but could not make it to the semi-finals.
After that, our team took part in the tournament for 5-8 places. Ukrainian girls beat the Czech Republic — 6:2 and today in the match for the 5th place Germany — 3:2.
Let's add that the MVP of the women's tournament was recognized as the captain of the Ukrainian national team, Sofia Ruban.
