UAF opposed the holding of a football match with the participation of the team of the aggressor country

The Ukrainian Football Association appealed to UEFA and FIFA to prevent the friendly match between Russia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is scheduled to take place on November 19 in St. Petersburg at the Gazprom Arena, from taking place.
UAF also sent a letter to the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in which it explained the inadmissibility of holding such a match.
"We remind you that due to Russia's military aggression against Ukraine, all Russian teams were suspended from participating in all international official FIFA and UEFA competitions. In such a situation, the decision of the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina looks as if it is aimed at supporting the actions and actions of the Russian government in Ukraine regarding the continuation of the war. We ask you to reconsider the decision, which harms the image of your country and the relations between our associations," the UAF letter reads in particular.
