In the semi-final match of the Euroleague-2022 in Cagliari, the Ukrainian women's beach soccer team lost to the Italian team in a fierce battle.

After yesterday's victory over Portugal (3:2) Yuriy Klymenko's wards guaranteed themselves a ticket to the 2023 European Games in Krakow and reached the semi-finals of the Euroleague 2022. The host of the tournament - the Italian national team - was waiting for them there.

The first period of the meeting ended in favor of the Italians thanks to a single well-hit shot by Victoria Privitera. In the second 12-minute period, the teams did not score any goals, and in the middle of the third Julia Olivieri made it extremely difficult for the blue-yellow team to make it to the finals of the tournament - 2:0.

However, in two minutes, Snizhana Volovenko gave our team hope, but Claudia Sajon immediately scored the third goal in the goal of Anastasia Terech.
