General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: operational information on the Russian invasion (as of 06.00 27.09.2022)

We bring to your attention the operative information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00:27.09.2022 on March XNUMX, XNUMX regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The two hundred and sixteenth day of the Ukrainian nation's heroic resistance to the Russian military invasion has begun.

The enemy continues to focus its efforts on the full occupation of Donetsk region and holding the captured territories, as well as disrupting the active actions of the Defense Forces in certain areas. Shelling of the positions of our troops along the contact line continues, in some areas the occupiers are trying to restore lost positions, conducting aerial reconnaissance. The enemy attacks the civilian infrastructure and the homes of the civilian population, violating the norms of international humanitarian law, the laws and customs of warfare.

There remains the threat of air and missile strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine. For example, over the past day, the enemy launched nine missile and 22 air strikes, carried out more than 90 attacks from rocket-propelled grenades. During the past day, the enemy used attack UAVs in the area of ​​Bilenke settlement of Odesa region.

More than 50 settlements were affected by the fire. Among them are Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Soledar, Avdiivka, Novopil, Zaporizhzhia, Marganets, Musiivka, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Potemkine, Osokorivka, Mykolaiv, Ochakiv and Bilenke.

In the Volyn, Polissya and Seversky directions situation without significant changes.

In other directions, the enemy continued shelling from tanks, mortars and artillery, namely:

in the Slobozhansk direction — in the areas of Baranivka, Udy, Gatyshche, Vovchansk, Dvorichne, Kucherivka, Petropavlivka and Senkove settlements;

in the Kramatorsk direction — Stary Karavan, Ozerne, Siversk, Spirne, Rozdolivka and Vesele;

in the Bakhmut direction — Soledar, Bakhmutske, Hryhorivka, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Zaitseve, Mayorsk and Yuryivka;

in the Avdiyiv direction — Avdiivka, Vodyane, Opytne, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka;

in the Novopavlovsk direction — Zolota Niva, Ugledar, Pavlivka and Yehorivka;

in the Zaporozhye direction — Novopil, Novosilka and Vremivka.

In the South Bug direction more than 25 settlements near the contact line were affected by artillery and mortar shelling. In particular, Chervona Dolyna, Shiroke, Andriivka, Biloghirka, Ternovy Pody, Lymany and Myrne.

The situation at Zaporizhzhya NPP remains tense. Station employees do not want to cooperate with the enemy and try to leave the territories temporarily occupied by the occupiers. The occupied part of the Kherson region is completely closed for entry and exit.

The successful defeat of the enemy's personnel and equipment in the previous days has been confirmed. For example, seven Ural trucks were destroyed and disabled in Kherson, up to 10 units of weapons and military equipment and more than 20 occupants were destroyed in Melitopol. An enemy S-300 complex, five units of military equipment and more than 50 occupiers were injured in the Tokmak and Chernihivka settlements of the Zaporizhzhia region.

During the day, units of the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Soledar, Kurdyumivka, Zaitseve, Mayorsk, Bakhmut, Kamianka, and Pervomaiske.

Aviation of the Defense Forces made 28 strikes. More than 20 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment and seven positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were confirmed to have been damaged. Enemy losses are being refined.

Missile troops and artillery hit five control points, 12 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment, two positions of anti-aircraft missile systems, three warehouses with ammunition, as well as more than 10 separate important targets.
