Futsal Champions League. "Uragan" started in the main round of the tournament with a victory
Ivano-Frankivsk "Hurricane" started in Group 4 of the main round of the Futsal Champions League of the 2022/2023 season.
Due to the situation in the region and the city of Kherson, "Prodexim" unfortunately does not have the opportunity to participate in the Futsal Champions League. In this exceptional situation, it is in the interests of UEFA competitions decided on the basis of Article 62.01 of the tournament regulations, replace "Prodexim" with the vice-champion of the Ukrainian Extra League - "Uragan".
Representative of Ukraine hit to Group 4 of the main round, having Portuguese Benfica, Hungarian Haladas and Romanian United Galats as rivals. The mini-tournament in the Romanian city of Galats started today, October 26.
In the opening match of the quartet, Maksym Pavlenko's wards met with the hosts from United Galatsi. The Romanians managed to impose a fight only in the first 10 minutes, then they conceded four goals before the break, and did not realize a double penalty. In the second half, the Ivano-Frankivsk team scored again, so they started the mini-tournament with a confident victory — 5:0.
Uragan will play its next match of the main round tomorrow against the Portuguese Benfica.

Path A
The reigning champion, Barcelona, 11 top ranking clubs and teams from 16th to 19th will follow this path. The teams are divided into four groups of four participants each. The top three teams from each group will advance to the elite round.
Path B
Teams ranked 12-15 and 20-23, as well as the winners of the previous round, will go this way. The teams are divided into four groups of four participants each. The winners of the groups will advance to the elite round.
Elite round (November 22-27)
16 clubs will be divided into four groups of four participants each. The draw will take place on November 8. Seeding will be confirmed before the draw. The winners of the four groups will advance to the final stage.
The final tournament
This is a knockout tournament with four teams. It will take place at one venue in April or May 2023. The venue and exact dates, as well as the date of the draw will be known later.
