Futsal Champions League. "HIT" snatched victory over "Olmissum" in the last seconds

Kyiv "HIT" continued its performance in the elite round of the futsal Champions League with a match against Croatian "Olmissum".

Overcoming main round, the champion of Ukraine made it to the elite, where 16 clubs were divided into four groups with four participants in each. By the will of the draw "HIT" found himself in group D together with Spanish "Palma" (host), Croatian "Olmissum" and Polish "Lyuba". The winners of each of the four quartets of the elite round will advance to the final stage, which will take place in May 2024.

In the opening game, Kyiv lost dramatically to "Lyuba" (5:6), and now met with "Olmissum". By the way, Ukrainians and Croats already met in the main round, and then "HIT" turned out to be stronger (4:1).

Already in the 1st minute, the player of "Olmissum" hit the post, later there were other moments near the goal of Sukhov. "HIT" responded with their own shots, Pedyash hit the frame, the game was tied. However, in the 19th minute, it was the Croats who opened the score — Sekulych scored after a free kick. Oleh Lukyanenko's wards could immediately win back, but Ponochevny hit the post.

In the 25th minute, the Kyivans evened the score — Abakshin scored from a pass from Pedyash. However, the Croatians quickly regained their advantage thanks to the second goal of Sekulic. "HIT" responded effectively again - after Sukhov's throw-in, Zhuk hit the ball well from the U-turn. Soon, Abakshin played with Pedyash and broke through the keeper, so now the Ukrainians broke ahead.

In the 36th minute, Kustura, after serving from a corner, again established the balance. However, "HIT" still managed to win - a few seconds before the end of the match, Ponochevny pushed the ball into the goal.

So the Kyivans keep their chances of getting out of the group. Oleh Lukyanenko's wards will play their next match against the hosts from "Palma" on December 2 (starting at 20:00 Kyiv time).
