General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: operational information on the Russian invasion (as of 06.00 02.02.2023)

We bring to your attention the operative information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06.00:02.02.2023 on March XNUMX, XNUMX regarding the Russian invasion of our country.

Glory to Ukraine! The three hundred and forty-fourth day of the Russian large-scale invasion has begun.

During the past day, the enemy launched six missile strikes, four of which hit the civilian infrastructure of the settlements of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk and Druzhkivka in the Donetsk region, as well as four airstrikes. Fired 73 shots from rocket salvo systems. Peaceful people died from enemy strikes.

The threat of Russian air and missile strikes remains throughout Ukraine.

The enemy is actively conducting reconnaissance, preparing for an offensive in certain directions. Despite heavy losses, he continues to attempt offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiiv and Novopavliv directions.

Yesterday, our soldiers repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Novoselivske, Ploshanka, Nevske, Chervonpopivka, Dibrova, Kuzmyne and Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region and Spirne, Bilogorivka, Vasyukivka, Blagodatne, Krasna Gora, Bakhmut and Klishchiivka of the Donetsk region.

On the Volyn, Polis, Siver and Slobozhan directions no offensive groups of the enemy were detected. The invaders shelled the areas of the settlements of Klyusy and Yelina of the Chernihiv region; Anthills, Katerynivka, Vovkivka, Oleksandrivka and Volfyne - Sumy and Veterinary, Strelecha, Glyboke, Zelene, Neskuchne, Ternova, Ohirtseve, Staritsa, Vovchansk and Budarka in Kharkiv region.

On the Kupyansk direction the enemy fired tanks and artillery at the areas of the settlements of Dvorichna, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kup'yansk, Kislivka, Kotlyarivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Pishchane of the Kharkiv region and Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka of the Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction Novoyehorivka, Nevske and Dibrova in the Luhansk region and Terny and Serebryanka in the Donetsk region came under enemy fire.

In the Bakhmut direction Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Bilogorivka, Vesele, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanovske, Predtechine, Stupochki, Druzhba and New York in Donetsk region were affected by fire.

In the Avdiivka direction Severne, Avdiivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Maryinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka came under enemy fire.

In the Novopavlovsk direction Vugledar, Bogoyavlenka, Novoukrayinka, Prechistivka, Velyka Novosilka and Neskuchne in the Donetsk region were subjected to artillery shelling.

In the Zaporozhye direction more than 20 settlements were shelled, in particular, Vremivka in Donetsk region and Poltavka, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Charivne, Orihiv and Novodanilivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

On the Kherson direction Beryslav, Antonivka, and Kherson, as well as Dmytrivka in the Mykolaiv Oblast, were subjected to artillery fire.

The enemy continues to impose Russian citizenship on Ukrainian citizens of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region. In the city of Horlivka, coercive measures are being taken to get drivers new licenses according to the Russian standard, which is impossible in the absence of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. The invaders set a deadline of May 1, 2023 for the employees of transport enterprises. Those who do not meet the requirements will be fired.

As of January 9, 2023, three-month contracts ended in one of the units of the occupiers operating in the Luhansk region. Because of this, about 300 servicemen of this formation do not receive financial support. In addition, they cannot be released from military service due to declared mobilization.

Over the past XNUMX hours, missile and artillery units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine have hit the control post, three areas where the enemy's manpower is concentrated, and a warehouse of fuel and lubricants.
