Officially. Regarding Anatoly Tymoshchuk's appeal against the decision of the UAF in the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne

In the proceedings of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) there is a case concerning Anatoly Tymoshchuk's appeal against the decision of the UAF football justice authorities. Currently, the Ukrainian Football Association is working on preparing a position in this case. The date of the CAS meeting on this issue will be set separately.

We will remind you that Anatoly Tymoshchuk was banned by the Ukrainian Football Association from any activity related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for life (for behavior that harms the reputation of football and the Ukrainian Football Association); deprived Anatoly Tymoshchuk of all the titles of winner and silver medalist of the championship of Ukraine, Cup of Ukraine, Super Cup of Ukraine; recommended the UAF Licensing Center to take appropriate measures to revoke (revoke) Anatoly Tymoshchuk's Pro-UEFA coaching license and instructed the UAF Administration to contact the state authorities to deprive Anatoliy Tymoshchuk of all state awards and honorary titles.

Anatoly Tymoshchuk appealed this decision to the Appeals Committee of the UAF. The AK of UAF rejected Tymoshchuk's appeal in its entirety, leaving the decision of the KDC of UAF in effect.
