Alexander Cheferin re-elected as UEFA president

Today, February 7, Rome hosts the 43rd UEFA Congress, which included the election of the president of the union.

According to the results of the vote, the current UEFA President Alexander Cheferin was unanimously re-elected to a new term (until 2023).

Recall that the Football Federation of Ukraine was among the first national associations to support the candidacy of Alexander Cheferin for the post of president of the Union of European Football Associations.

Alexander Cheferrin was elected UEFA president in September 2016.
