DUFLU: results of the autumn season 2019/2020 in the major leagues

The first part of the 2019/2020 season in the Children's Youth Football League of Ukraine (DUFLU) is over. In the regular championship, 11 tours out of 18 were played.

This season is the last to be held according to the current scheme. In the summer of 2020, the third league, the Elite League, will be added to the two leagues (the highest and the first) in DUFLU. According to preliminary information, the elite company will include 24 participants who will have the highest number of points according to the club standings of the 2019/2020 season. The rest will remain in the top league, to which the best clubs of the first league will move.

This reform is designed to increase competition and increase the number of matches between roughly equal teams. After all, last winter we paid attention to the matches in the major leagues, in which one of the teams scored a double-digit number of goals (13: 0, three times - 11: 0, once - 11: 1, 11: 2, 10: 0 and 10: 1). There are no benefits to such games at all - neither for the losers nor for the winners.

This season, the total number of such matches has decreased (although there were often cases when eight and nine goals were scored) - to four. Three times with such an obscene score the team of MDYUSSH (Dnipro) U-17 lost, once - "Arsenal-Kyiv". That is why they are not currently claiming a place in the Elite League.

Group 1 (Club standings as of 19.12.2019/XNUMX/XNUMX). "Athlete" (Kyiv) - 81 points, OK them. I. This is the most equal group of all. In different age categories in the leaders - different teams: U-17 - "Athlete" (30), "Change-Obolon" (27), "Premier Niva" (22); U-16 - "Champion" (24), OK them. The undisputed leaders of the group are Shakhtar and Dynamo, whose teams occupy leading positions in all age categories. Moreover, Dynamo U-16 is only fourth, losing one point to Barça (20:21). Shakhtar U-15 is also in fourth place, which is also one point behind UFC (23:24), but the Pitmen have a match in hand.

In addition to Dynamo and Shakhtar, the list of leaders in different age categories also includes: U-17 - Metallurg and UFK, U-16 - UFK and Barsa, U-15 - Dnipro and UFK, U -14 - UFK-Olympic.

Also quite an equal group, but it is worth noting "Metalist 1925", whose teams are present among the leaders in all ages. And the Kharkiv U-16 and U-14 teams have a game in hand. In three age categories in leaders - "Mariupol" and "Inter", in two - "Azovstal" and "CYSS-11 Chornomorets", in one - "Nikolaev".

Karpaty (Lviv) - 98, UFK-Karpaty (Lviv) - 93, Lviv - 76, VIK-Volyn (Volodymyr-Volynsky) - 73, Volyn (Lutsk) - 65, MFA ( Mukachevo) - 58, "Prykarpattya" (Ivano-Frankivsk) - 55, SDYUSSHOR (Uzhhorod) - 40, "Bukovyna" (Chernivtsi) - 37, CYSS (Ternopil) - 25.

Karpaty and UFK-Karpaty have a big advantage over competitors. At the same time, UFK-Karpaty is in the leaders in all four age categories, while U-15 Carpathians occupy only the eighth place, having 14 points out of 33 possible. In two age categories in the leaders - "VIK-Volyn" and "Lviv", in one - "Bukovyna", "Volyn", MFA, "Prykarpattya" and SDYUSSHOR.

Scorers. At least 10 goals were scored by 15 players.

Yegor Rohach (Dnipro U-15) has the best result of all - 17 goals.

Lubomyr Kuzyk (Karpaty U-15) and Matviy Ponomarenko (Dynamo U-14) scored 14 goals each.
