After a working meeting with the heads of regional associations, which was held in a video conference format, UAF President, UEFA Executive Committee member Andrii Pavelko spoke about the situation with the new contract of the national team's head coach Andrii Shevchenko.
"We all do not imagine the national team at EURO in 2021 without a coaching staff headed by Andrii Shevchenko," said Andrii Pavelko. - But you have to be patient. We will prepare the appropriate decision for the next meeting of the UAF Executive Committee. It is the Executive Committee that will make this decision and determine the term of the new contract.
But I can assure all the fans, as well as the players of the national team, that we will do our best to keep Andrii Shevchenko's coaching staff working with the national team”.
