Report of the Ukrainian Football Association on the activities of intermediaries
According to the report of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Football Players of the Ukrainian Football Association dated June 30, 2020,in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the FIFA Regulations on the activities of UAF intermediaries must provide information on names (titles) of Intermediaries involved in concluding the Agreements, indicating the specific Agreements to which they were involved.
In addition, the UAF publishes the total amount of all rewards or payments actually paid to the Intermediaries by all players registered with the UAF, as well as by each individual club. Amounts to be published: consolidated amount for all players together and total amount for each club separately.
According to Article 4 of the UAF Regulations on the activities of intermediaries, each Agreement (conclusion or renegotiation of an employment contract or transfer contract) with the involvement of the Mediator must be registered with the UAF.
