Examinations for candidates for the Permanent Intermediary Certificate will take place on November 26, 2020

October 29 20On the 20th, a meeting of the Committee on the Status and Transfer of Footballers was held, at which the date and procedure for conducting examinations for candidates for a permanent mediator's certificate were approved and requirements for candidates were determined.

The exams will be held on November 26 A recognition of colleagues in 2020 

According to the developed procedure:

1. Exams are allowed to:

• Ukrainian citizens, who live in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and have an impeccable reputation;
• natural persons-citizens of another country with a certificate of temporary / permanent residence on the territory of Ukraine, living on the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years and having an impeccable reputation;
• individuals-citizens of another country, who have lived in Ukraine for at least 5 years and have an impeccable reputation.

2. Legal entities have the right to obtain a certificate of permanent intermediary (PE) by obtaining a permit for each individual who will conduct their activities on behalf of the legal entity. Only such person (s) will have the right to officially carry out mediation activities and sign on behalf of the legal entity the documents provided by the UAF Regulations on the activities of mediators.
3. Candidates until November 20, 2020 the candidates must submit to the Examination Commission (House of Football, Office 312 or email) [email protected]) documents according to the established list.
4. The commission decides on the admission of candidates to the exams and sets, if necessary, a date for an interview with the heads of legal entities (which informs the candidates directly).
5. In case of admission of a candidate to the examination, the Commission sends a corresponding letter of admission.
6. After obtaining admission to the exam, the candidate provides the Commission with confirmation of payment of the established mandatory monetary contribution (the candidate can pay for the relevant details of the UAF or directly to the UAF on the day of the exam).
7. At the exam, the candidate must have a passport.
8. The exam is conducted in the form of a test (in Ukrainian or Russian) with the ability to choose the answer from several options. The Candidate must notify the Commission of the test in Russian by November 22, 2020.
9. Questions are formed from FIFA, UEFA and UAF documents relating to the activities of intermediaries.
10. The exam consists of 15 questions.
11. The minimum number of points required for passing the exams is 11. There is one point for each correct answer.

List of documents that a candidate must provide to the commission before 20 November A recognition of colleagues in 2020 must submit to the Commission:

For individuals-citizens of Ukraine:

1. Заява;
2. Copy of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
3. Copy of foreign passport (if available);
4. Copy of identification code;
5. The mediator's declaration is signed (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
6. Autobiography;
7. Residence certificate;
8. Copy of employment record (if any);
9. MIA certificate of no criminal record.

In order to be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 40 hryvnias for the development of football to the UAF. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.

For individuals-citizens of another country with a temporary / permanent residence permit in the territory of Ukraine, residing in the territory of Ukraine for at least 3 years:

1. Заява;
2. A copy of the passport of a national of another country;
3. Copy of temporary residence permit in Ukraine;
4. Copy of identification code;
5. The mediator's declaration is signed (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
6. Autobiography;
7. Residence certificate;
8. Copy of employment record (if any);
9. MIA certificate of no criminal record;

In order to be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 50 hryvnias for the development of football to the UAF. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam. 

For individuals-citizens of another country, living in the territory of Ukraine for at least 5 years: 

1. Заява;
2. A copy of the passport of a national of another country;
3. A copy of the identification code (if any);
4. The mediator's declaration is signed (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
5. Autobiography;
6. Residence certificate;
7. Copy of employment record (if any);
8. MIA certificate of no criminal record;

In order to be admitted to the exams, the candidate is also obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution in the amount of 65 hryvnias for the development of football to the UAF. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.

 For legal entities:

1. Заява;
2. Written consent of the legal entity to be represented by the candidate;
3. Passport of the citizen of Ukraine;
4. Copy of foreign passport (if available);
5. Identification code;
6. The mediator's declaration is signed (Annex №1 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
7. The declaration of the head of the legal entity is signed (Annex №2 to the Regulations on the activities of intermediaries);
8. Autobiography;
9. Copy of employment record (if any);
10. Residence certificate;
11. MIA certificate of no criminal record;
12. Brief information about the legal entity;
13. Charter and other registration documents of a legal entity.

Additionally, if necessary, the interview with the heads of legal entities is held, the results of which are decided on the admission to the exams.

To be admitted to the exams, the candidate (or the legal entity on whose behalf he / she will carry out the activity) is obliged to transfer a mandatory monetary contribution of UAH 50 for the development of football to the UAF. The cash contribution is paid only after obtaining admission to the exam.
