Head coach of the national women's national team of Ukraine Natalia Zinchenko answered questions from the media during a press conference after match against Northern Ireland (1: 2).

- We did not manage to show much of what we wanted, - Natalia Zinchenko told. - We didn't adjust properly, the desire of the rivals to win turned out to be greater. But we will conclude, there is time to correct mistakes. Today, errors in defense led to two conceded goals. By and large, the rivals did not create anything else at our gates. But we failed to demonstrate effectiveness in the attack. We will try to correct the situation, there is time for the second match.

- After the first missed ball, your wards recovered fairly quickly. Why failed to do it a second time?

- The first missed goal was the result of a blunder, but I will not look for the culprits. Then we created moments, scored the ball, but later for some reason calmed down. Could not adjust our game through the pass, lacked the last pass. Why this happened, why the transfers were not effective, we will understand.

- After the draw, the emotions were positive, the draw seemed successful. Wasn't this the reason for underestimating the opponent, because Ukraine was the favorite?

- Personally, I was not happy, I understood that the team of Northern Ireland is a very motivated team. After the draw, the Northern Irish were also happy, because they had the opportunity to take revenge for the defeats in our previous matches. We have won the last five matches of the group selection tournament, but today in the actions of our team there was no such desire, which we showed in these matches. Rivals turned out to be psychologically stronger than us.
