On Tuesday, November 30, the Football House hosted the awarding of the winners of the competition "The best players and coaches of DUFLU season 2020-2021 -" Golden Ball of DUFLU ".

The winners were chosen in 11 nominations: the best players of the defensive and offensive plan in the age categories U-14 (born in 2007), U-15 (born in 2006), U-16 (born in 2005). , U-17 (born in 2004), U-19 (first league), as well as the best coach in children's and youth football. The winners were determined by a group of experts, which, in addition to DUFLU employees, included coaches of the youth national teams of Ukraine, scouts of domestic top clubs and other specialists.

The opening ceremony was attended by the first vice-president of the UAF Vadym Kostyuchenko and the vice-president of the Children's and Youth Football League of Ukraine Oleksandr Sopko.

Vadym Kostyuchenko greeted the audience on behalf of the President of the UAF, a member of the UEFA Executive Committee Andriy Pavelko and thanked DUFLU, heads and coaches of football academies for their daily hard work for the benefit of children's and youth football.

"During the first ceremony, in 2017, Georgy Tsitaishvili and Vladislav Supryaga were here, who later scored the decisive goals in the final of the U-20 World Cup in Poland and became world champions. At the time of the second ceremony, Ilya Zabarny, Anatoliy Trubin and Georgy Sudakov, who are now players of the national team and have won the right to be in the eight best teams of Euro 2020, were already standing nearby.
