In the final match of the group round of the debut draw of the League of Conferences, Luhansk's Zorya drew with Norway's Bude Glimt.

After five rounds, Viktor Skrypnyk's wards lost chances to get to the playoffs. In the last match of the group stage, Zorya drew with Bude Glimt.
