Football Kitchen is a new video project of the Football Federation of Ukraine!

The Football Federation of Ukraine is launching a new video project. The show "Football Kitchen" will start on February 25 on the FFU YouTube channel.

How important is the right food in the life of professional athletes, what can be prepared quickly and at the same time tasty and useful, how much footballers watch their diet and whether they have their own secrets ... From now on all this and much more - in "Football Kitchen"!

The host and main protagonist of the project is Lubomyr Toshich, the chef of the national team of Ukraine.

Lubomyr is from Serbia, but he has been living in Ukraine for a long time. He worked as a chef in the most famous restaurants in the city of Dnipro, and since 2016 he has been working in the headquarters of the national team of Ukraine.

The guests of Lubomyr's kitchen will be players of the national team, coaches and famous football personalities. Under the careful supervision of the chef, they will prepare a variety of dishes that you can easily repeat at home!

The main focus of the project will be on healthy eating and the destruction of the myth that following its rules requires a lot of time and effort.

Great recipes, secrets from the world-class chef, as well as gastronomic secrets of our players await you!

"I believe that I and our footballers will be able to convince you that you can't put your own health in the background! Eating right is not as difficult as it seems. And I'll prove it to you! " - notes Lubomyr Toshich.
