WU-19: Ukrainian women's national team defeats Romania team in friendly match

In preparation for the qualifying tournament for Euro 2020, the national team of Ukraine WU-19 held a control match with the team of Romania. 

Valery Palamarchuk's wards played the first of two planned friendly matches with their Romanian peers today. On the field of the National Football Center in Buffa, near Bucharest, our girls defeated their rivals - 6: 2. Oksana Bilokur and Nadiya Veherych scored doubles, Iryna Kotyash and Olena Tarasenko scored one goal each.

The second of the scheduled friendly matches with the Romanian national team will take place on August 21. 

It will be recalled that in the Euro 2020 qualifying tournament (WU-19), which will take place from October 2 to 8 in the Netherlands, the national team of Ukraine will play against the host team, Ireland and Montenegro.
