U-17: Final round of Euro-2020 in Estonia canceled

Following a video conference with the secretaries general of 55 national associations, the UEFA Executive Committee canceled the final tournament of the European Under-17 Championship.

Due to the spread of coronavirus in Europe and the relevant decisions taken by the authorities of different countries, the final stage of Euro 2020 (U-17) was decided to cancel. The tournament in Estonia was to take place from May 21 to June 6, 2020.

. In the Elite round of Euro 2020 selection Ukraine's U-17 team, headed by Oleksandr Petrakov, was supposed to compete. In the qualifying round blue-yellows took the first place in the group. 

This national team (players born in 2003) will also play in autumn will start in League A the reformed U-19 European Championship, the final stage of which will take place in 2022.
