Euro-2022. The match between the women's national teams Ukraine and Montenegro will take place in Kyiv at Obolon Arena

The venue and start time of the qualifying match of the 2022 European Championship between the national women's national teams of Ukraine and Montenegro have been approved.

Natalia Zinchenko's wards will play their final match of the group qualification round of Euro-2022 will be held on December 1 in Kiev at Obolon Arena (beginning - at 19.00 Kyiv time). The match will take place without spectators.

It was previously planned that the game would take place in Poltava, but taking into account the epidemiological situation in the country and the recommendations of UEFA, it was decided to hold it in the capital. 

Only one point separates our team from the second place in the group. To continue the fight for Euro 2022, the blue and yellows in the last match of the group tournament must beat the Montenegrin and hope that the Irish will not beat the Germans. In case of a draw in Kyiv, we will be satisfied only with the defeat of competitors.

Group I standings

Matches remaining in the Euro-2022 qualification in Group I.

Of the 47 teams participating in the Euro qualifiers, 15 will reach the decisive stage. Nine winners of the selected groups and the top three second teams will join England as the host of the European Championship. Six more second-placed teams in their groups will play in the last three matches in playoffs. These matches will take place on April 5-13, 2021.

It will be recalled that on April 23, the UEFA Executive Committee decided on postponement of the final part of the European Championship among the national women's national teams. Thus, the Euro in England will be held from 6 to 31 July 2022.
