Euro-2022. Nataliya Zinchenko announced the squad of the Ukraine women's team for the match against Montenegro

The head coach of the national women's national team of Ukraine Natalia Zinchenko has released a list of players, called to the training camp to prepare for and participate in the Euro 2022 qualifying match against Montenegro.

Gathering of the team, which includes 22 football players entered, will begin on November 23 in Kiev. Natalia Zinchenko's wards have their final match of the Euro 2022 group qualifying round against the Montenegrin team will be held on December 1 in Kiev at Obolon Arena (beginning - at 19.00 Kyiv time). The match will take place without spectators.

Only one point separates our team from the second place in the group. To continue the fight for Euro 2022, the blue and yellows in the last match of the group tournament must beat the Montenegrin and hope that the Irish will not beat the Germans. In case of a draw in Kyiv, we will be satisfied only with the defeat of competitors.

Goalkeepers: Iryna Sanina (Zhytlobud-1 Kharkiv), Kateryna Samson, Daryna Bondarchuk (both Zhytlobud-2 Kharkiv).

Defenders: Daria Kravets (Reims, France), Olga Basanska (Zhytlobud-1 Kharkiv), Iryna Podolska, Kateryna Korsun, Anastasia Filenko, Natia Pantsulaya (all - Zhytlobud-2 Kharkiv), Lyubov Shmatko (Minsk ", Belarus).

Midfielders: Olga Ovdiychuk, Daria Apanashchenko, Anna Petryk (all - "Zhytlobud-1" Kharkiv), Tamila Khimich ("Minsk" Belarus), Iya Andrushchak, Yana Kalinina, Veronika Andrukhiv (all - "Zhytlobud-2" Kharkiv), Victoria Girin (Ladomyr Volodymyr-Volynskyi).

Group I standings

Matches remaining in the Euro-2022 qualification in Group I.

Of the 47 teams participating in the Euro qualifiers, 15 will reach the decisive stage. Nine winners of the selected groups and the top three second teams will join England as the host of the European Championship. Six more second-placed teams in their groups will play in the last three matches in playoffs. These matches will take place on April 5-13, 2021.

It will be recalled that on April 23, the UEFA Executive Committee decided on postponement of the final part of the European Championship among the national women's national teams. Thus, the Euro in England will be held from 6 to 31 July 2022.
