Women's Champions League: Kharkiv's Zhytlobud-1 advanced to the second round of the tournament

Kharkiv "Zhytlobud-1" beat Slovenian "Pomurje" in the final match the first round of the Women's Champions League-2021/2022.

The match in Gorna Radhona took place with a clear advantage of the Ukrainians, who opened the scoring in the 19th minute with the efforts of Birgul Sadykoglu. But the decisive match was three minutes in the middle of the first half, when one after another received red cards Shpela Rosemary and Lucia Kos. 

Remaining nine, the Ukrainian rivals did not give up and even tied the score. Kaya Koroshets did it from the penalty spot. Nevertheless, even before the break, Zhytlobud-1 took the lead - said Olga Ovdiychuk.

In the second half of the game, the Slovenes did not have enough strength and the Ukrainians scored two more goals, which were scored by Olga Boychenko and Lyubov Shmatko. So, 4: 1 - and "Zhytlobud-1" reached the second round of the Champions League.
