Euro 2022 in futsal. The national team of Ukraine started the final tournament with a defeat by the team of the Netherlands
In the first match of the final tournament of Euro-2022, the national futsal team of Ukraine lost to the hosts of the competition - the Netherlands.
Our team has arrived to the Netherlands on January 17, held several training sessions, and today started the tournament with a match against the hosts in Amsterdam.

The Blue and Yellows managed to take the lead in the 1st minute - Zvarych broke through the defense and beat the goalkeeper. In the future, the Dutch had the initiative for some time, while our guys focused on counterattacks. Tsypuna had to be rescued several times. In the 7th minute, the Ukrainians responded with strikes by Zvarych and Shoturma in the plane, in the 10th minute Kuyk saved after Gray came out on his own.

Later, Attaibi found himself in a good position, but missed the target. In the 15th minute Mossavi scored a goal - Tsipun transferred the ball to the post. At the end of the first half, Radevich lost a good moment, not being able to beat the goalkeeper at close range.

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the second half of the match the hosts reversed the course of the game, scoring twice. At first, Saadouni scored a header after throwing at the goalkeeper. And later, after circumcising the Ukrainians in the center, Tsypun saved Bouzamba after hitting him, but Attaibi managed to finish him off.

After that, the Dutch pressed against their own goal, and the blue-yellows created moments. Yes, Kuyk saved after Korsun's shot, Chernyavsky struck past the target. Instead, in the 30th minute, Bouzambu turned around at our goal and increased the advantage of the Netherlands with a powerful blow.

Later, the hosts focused on counterattacks, while the Ukrainians tried to return to the game. In the 34th minute Kuyk saved after Korsun's shot, later Oleksandr Kosenko's charges went on to play in the field. In the 37th minute, this tactic paid off, and Shoturma reduced the gap. However, our team did not manage to snatch at least a draw.

Therefore, the national team of Ukraine lost in the first match of Euro-2022 with a score of 2: 3. The next match of the European Championship blue and yellow will be held against Serbia on January 23.
