U-17: The last rehearsal for the Euro 2019 qualifying tournament

Today, the youth national team of Ukraine (footballers not older than 2002) began preparations for two sparring matches against Azerbaijani peers, which will take place on September 18 and 20 in Kyiv at the STC. V. Bannikov. The start of both matches is scheduled for 16.30. For Volodymyr Yezersky's wards, this will be the last rehearsal before the qualifying matches of the European Championship.

It will be recalled that on the way to the final tournament of Euro-2019, which will be held in Ireland, the Ukrainian team will first have to meet in qualifying matches with peers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Gibraltar. The matches of this stage of the competition will take place on October 10, 13 and 16 this year in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The elite round of Euro-2019 will include the two best teams from each of the 13 groups, as well as four teams that will take third place and have the best tournament results in meetings with top pairs. The matches of the elite round of Euro-2019 will take place in March, and the final part of the competition - in May 2019.
