U-20: Oleksandr Petrakov's team defeated Uruguay in second match of Spanish assembly
U-20 Ukrainian national team held its second friendly match at its Spanish training camp. After victory over South Korea (1-0) blue and yellow met with the Uruguay team.
Note that the match was not friendly, as evidenced by three withdrawals. The referee showed red cards to two players of the opponent and our Alexander Safronov.
The Uruguayans were the first to go on the offensive and in the starting 10 minutes were much more active than the Ukrainian team. However, the blue-and-yellows quickly recovered and seized the initiative. As a result, in the 39th minute Denis Ustimenko brought our team forward. And immediately after the break, Denis Yanchak, who has just come on as a substitute, doubled the advantage of Oleksandr Petrakov's wards.
After that, there were fights on the field, and the game became frankly tough on the verge of rudeness. The South Americans clearly did not want to accept defeat and provoked our players. As a result, there was a mutual withdrawal, and then another Uruguayan left the field for the second "mustard".
Our opponents managed to score one goal, and the match ended with the Ukrainians winning 2: 1.
