Vladimir Jezersky: “We will see many new performers at the tournament in the Czech Republic”

U-18 Ukraine U-XNUMX Head Coach Volodymyr Yezersky spoke about team preparation for of the Vaclav Jezek tournament.

Today the youth team of Ukraine (players not older than 2002) went to the Czech Republic. There, the team of Vladimir Jezersky will take part in the traditional international tournament of Vaclav Ježek. And on the eve of departure, the blue-and-yellow mentor answered questions from UAF's official website.

- Vladimir Ivanovich, how was the first and last working day before your departure to the Czech Republic?

- It was important for us to restore the guys, because many of the players born in 2002 played for their teams U-21 and U-19. It is difficult to give the wards something new in two trainings. Especially since now we have to some extent a selection fee for which we've invited a lot of new artists.

- Problems with the challenge of footballers remain? Why is there only one Shakhtar player on the list?

- We don't have a single Shakhtar player. As far as I know, Nikita Kulalayev's contract with the miners has expired, and he is now looking for a new team.

As for the challenges, first of all I want to thank all the clubs that delegated their representatives to our team, giving us the maximum information about the right players. I wanted to invite and see in this case four performers of the Donetsk team, who for various reasons are not the main players of our team. However, they were not released.

- Do you have information about future rivals in the tournament of Vaclav Hedgehog?

- We have minimal information about Macedonians and Slovaks. But I'm more than sure that they will have experimental lineups as well. In a year we will have official competitions, so we try to do a lot of selection work, and then be fully prepared for the qualifying matches of the European Championship.
