The day after tomorrow, July 17, the youth national team of Ukraine will start in the final part of the European Championship (U-19), which will be held in Finland. It is quite possible that Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Serhiy Bulets, who is one of the leaders of the current team of Oleksandr Petrakov, will take part in the starting lineup of the blue-yellows.

- Sergei, how is your mood on the eve of the start of the European Championship?

- In a nutshell, at the highest level. We understand that we have done a useful thing for the country - we have reached the final part of the European Championship. But the team tries not to stop there. However, only matches will show how everything will turn out.

- How do you like the artificial turf where the Euro matches will take place?

- As we were told, this is a new generation lawn, but so far I have not noticed much difference compared to our artificial fields.

- How will you assess your condition and the condition of the team as a whole on the eve of the Euro?

- Again, the answer to this question will give only meetings with France, England and Turkey. But we believe in our strength.

- By the way, what about rivals?

- I do not want to single out anyone or, on the contrary, consider them an outsider. All four teams have a chance to leave the group.

- What does the national team of Ukraine want to achieve?

- Naturally, we just don't want to take part in the tournament, we want to win. Therefore, I will say this: the national team of Ukraine wants to go as far as possible.

It will be recalled that the blue-and-yellows will open the European Championship on July 17 with a match against France. On July 20, the rival of the national team of Ukraine will be the team of England, and on the 23rd - the national team of Turkey. The other group will feature teams from Italy, Portugal, Norway and Finland. The two best teams of their quartets will reach the semifinals of the tournament.
